1. Overview

Our services are custom-designed and fabricated specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the stage of project completion.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is typically required to initiate design or fabrication. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers preliminary design and consultation work.

3. Cancellation Before Design or Fabrication Begins

If you cancel before design or fabrication has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund minus administrative fees.

4. Cancellation After Design or Fabrication Has Begun

Once design or fabrication is underway, payments made are generally non-refundable, as materials, labor, and design time have already been committed.

5. Project Modifications or Delays

If project scope changes after commencement, additional costs may apply. Any delays due to client-provided information, approvals, or changes are not the responsibility of Charenton Design and Build LLC.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply issues, labor shortages).
