Payments are securely processed through Foxy.io and Stripe. We do not directly store your payment data.

• Deposits or full payments may be required to begin work.

• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our work is custom and made-to-order, refunds are limited (see Cancellation Policy below). Cancellations after design or fabrication begins may incur fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project details, measurements, and contact information. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Charenton Design and Build LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
